First Aid

If a person is injured or suddenly ill,
you should first contact 9-1-1
for medical assistance and then notify the Estérel
 Protection Service that may assist you until the ambulance arrives.
Our patrollers are all trained in first aid
according to the latest standards.
We also have a cardiac defibrillator and medical oxygen.

Our Patrollers

A protection patrol team is at your service since 2006. They are now (Feb. 2020) employed by the city. Since the beginning, few changes have taken place among members of the team, our patrol officers are extremely familiar with the City and are available 24 h / 7 to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

Our Services

  • Alarm response Service: Protection Service, which is in operation 24/7 can respond to residential alarms of Estérel’s citizens quickly and efficiently. When we receive a call from your alarm company, the patroller on duty will go to your house and do an exterior inspection. If a trace of tampering or an anomaly is detected, the patroller will communicate with your personal emergency contacts and the emergency services if necessary. This service is free! To register: Call us to open a file, and then call your alarm company. You must give us the list of persons to contact in an emergency. (Note that any information collected remains strictly confidential, only our patrollers have access.)

  • Particular surveillance: In case of prolonged absence, notify the Security Service to assure special attention to your home. Make sure your driveway is well cleared so that we have easy access.

  • Municipal Regulations: In order to ensure everyone a pleasant and quiet environment, duly sworn patrollers enforce municipal regulations on nuisance, which concerns, noise, pollution, display, etc. Patrollers may give fines under the Code of Criminal Procedure of Quebec.
